Project - Saudi Aramco, Ma’aden -Saudi Arabia mining company, Wasit Gas Plant, Jizan Refinery. Trade - Non Destructive Testing. Scope of work - 1. Conduct testing of pipeline welds in oil and gas refineries, power plants, and chemical companies in accordance with international pipeline standards using ASNT non-destructive testing methods (UT, RT, MT, PT). 2. Qualified technician by Saudi Aramco to handle radiation equipment with radiation protection permit - No. 6943. 3. Performed post-weld heat treatments on pipeline welds. 4. Experience in film processing and interpretation. 5. Possession of a Saudi driver's license - No. 2411373885 (expired on 03/30/2022).
Project - Waterfront Integrated Resort Project, Colombo, Sri Lanka. Trade - Mechanical Consultancy Scope of work - 1. Inspection of materials, mechanical installations, weld inspection on piping, testing and commissioning of mechanical systems such as fire protection, HVAC, water supply, drainage, LP gas, fuel and swimming pool. 2. WPS, PQR, other welding process qualifications and welding process documentation. 3. Perform on-site elevator inspections and acceptance of third party elevator inspections 4. Quality assurance and quality control of mechanical materials and installations. 5. Participate in site monitoring visits and identify installation issues, prepare non-conformance reports and recommend alternatives without delaying project schedule. 6. Review shop drawings, as-built drawings, material submittals, and method statements. 7. Monitor progress on site and prepare documentation updates. 8. Review and monitor procurement procedures for mechanical systems such as LOM, BOQ, and BOI releases. 9. Identify discrepancies between work performed by the contractor and documented work; raise concerns, investigate, report to management, and correct the discrepancy.
