I have hr background so i think i am also moved with customers and employees so i think i am suitable for this position.
I enjoy working with staff, I have previously worked as a Human Resources & Admin assistant at Ceylex Engineering company for two year. Currently I am working at Debug Group of company as a Human Resources Executive from 27th of April 2022. I have previously worked as a HR Trainee at Ceylon Electricity Board for 6 Month. I have experience in Recruitment and selection Training and development and any other HR related roles. So, believe I am highly capable and experienced for this position. I have knowledge in HRIS and Labor Laws. I helping new employees settle into the workplace, as well as providing support to employees regarding issues relating to employment. I would really appreciate the chance to share my skills and enthusiasm with you.
Currently I am Completed Charted Qualification in Human Resource Management at CIPM (PQHRM) and I am selecting to PGD in HRM at University of Colombo., I have diploma in Human Resource Management at CIPM. And I have successfully completed CCHRM level at CIPM. (Charted Institute of Personal Management). And I have a Distinction pass for the SLIM Professional Certificate in Marketing. (PCM). Also, I have a Distinction pass for the Certificate Course in ICT NVQ Leve 4, So I have very good IT knowledge and skills.
Believe I am highly capable and experienced for this position. I previously worked at Ceylex Engineering (PVT) LTD and Debug Group of company whilst in that positions I learned a lot about the role and I am now ready to progress my career further.
