ASSISTANT MANAGER | BUSINESS SOLUTION & SYSTEM CONTROL • Responsible for reviewing System transactions daily, Weekly and issue compliance reports. • Closely working with Raw material & Finished goods W/H team and monitor the system adherence. • Closely working with Production team and monitor system adherence. • Post Financial invoices related to RM procurements & Service PO’s, Monitor Stock accruals. • Monthly KPIs tracking and working with operational team for the corrective actions. • Worked with production team to eliminate the non-value-added activities, created cost saving initiatives to increase the productivity by reducing the cost in the plant level. • Studied the overall production process and operational activities to aligned with system process. • Conduct weekly Production progress review meeting with Operational team. • Preparation of monthly inventory valuation for Finish Goods, Raw materials and Work in Progress. • Preparation of Monthly cut to shipped ratio. • Responsible for auditing to verification physical inventory with system (PI). • Lead warehouse and Production team to conduct inventory verification for half a year. • Responsible for preparing, managing, and controlling journal entries between different systems. • Modify the Power BI dashboard to analysis the data for top management.
FINANCE EXECUTIVE • Calculate, post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records, and provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization. • Handling VAT, NBT, ESC, WHT and SVAT with online RAMIS system. • Handling insurance matters of the company. • Complete and maintain intercompany reconciliation.
ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE • Preparation of monthly management accounts. • Handling general ledger, inventory, debtors and creditors ledger. • Handling payments and bank reconciliation. • Handling VAT, NBT & ESC and SVAT with online RAMIS System. • Preparation of annual budgets, cash flows and variance analysis reports useful for decision making. • Complete and maintain intercompany reconciliation.
