I am Michael Arunachalam, a Headbaker with 30 years of Baking Experience in 5-Star Hotels and Catering. I have done my Training in Germany. Presently, I’m working at Sanora Hotel and Restaurant for 2 years. Out of my 30 years, I have worked for Muscat intercontinental Hotel in Oman for 20 years which is a 5-Star Hotel. Then, I joined Grand Excelsior Hotel Dubai and was with them for about 10 years. It appeared in the Newspaper asking for staff; so I am applying For Chef Baker and Production Instructor. I would like to inform you that I have a knowledge of three languages which are English, Sinhala and Tamil which I could speak, read, write and translate. Having this knowledge, I could train staff and basically I have done these trainings In the above Hotels. I have Pastry knowledge too. In the absence of the Executive Pastry Chef, I was overlooking the Pastry Department too.
