• Temporary Works to modify the existing rock revetment structure required as part of Terminal 2 extension. • Dredging to the formation level of the four blockwork dolphin foundations. • Four reinforced concrete blockwork dolphins required to extend the length of Terminal 2 for improved mooring arrangements. • Steel walkway structures that shall span between dolphins and Terminal 2 to provide safe pedestrian access dolphins. • Scour protection, placed around the blockwork dolphin foundations. • Existing Terminal 1 and 2 capping beam upgrades to resist loads from upgraded QRH and fenders and bollards. • Existing Terminal 1 and 2 seaward sheet pile wall and capping beam upgrades to extend the design life of the structure. • Existing STS crane rail upgrades to improve drainage and rail alignment tolerances. • Installation of new mooring equipment (QRH, fenders, etc.)
Responsible for planning & controlling the MEP works as per the Baseline schedule. Providing the Weekly, Daily reports, Procurement tracking report, Micro schedule, updated schedule weekly basis to the client. Cost loading, resource loading, revised schedule, Recovery schedule, delay analysis. Prepared remaining work schedule at end of the stage. Monitoring HVAC, Fire Fighting, Process piping, Electrical works, BMS, SCADA system, Fire alarm system to meet the plan successfully. Identify & Reporting the critical path to management in each stage.
Responsible for managing and executing projects, including time and budget management and quality control. As well as delivering projects successfully and being accountable for project planning and direction.
