Handling Petty Cash /IOU Float, Refund float and maintaining relevant documents. Receipts/ Invoice raising for day today, Transactions. (Cash, Cheque, Credit Card, Direct Bank Deposits) Receipting bulk and induvidual payments from corporate customers Preparing daily transaction reports and tallying with physical cash, cheque, and credit card on daily basis. Coordinating with customers for payments Banking daily collection Coordinating with sales and Accounts staff regarding payments activities. Sending daily transaction reports to the Finance.
