* Bandaranaike International Airport Development Project Phase II Stage 2 – Package B  Responsible for conducting bitumen (60/70 & polymer modified), Aggregates, Asphalt material tests and asphalt mix design.  Documentation works for the QA/QC, such as scheduling, preparation and maintenance of reports.  Monitor plant operation and take quality related corrective actions as required.  Planning daily and ongoing activities of laboratory according to budget and project requirement. * Kaluganga Reservoir Head works Development Project  Supervision of laboratory tests in soil, cement, concrete, aggregate, Steel, Asphalt and 60/70 Bitumen in accordance with National and International Standards (BS, BS EN, ASTM and AASHTO).  Quality assurance and monitoring Dam construction works of concrete structures, soil filling, rock filling, preparation of formations, laying and compaction of sub base and Aggregate Base Course, apply bituminous prime coat, in pavement works asphaltic concrete road base and wearing course, laying method, rolling procedures, construction joint, road shoulders.  Ensure technical performance on projects through regular facilitating reviews of adherence to the quality plan and take corrective action as required.  Documentation works for the QA/QC, such as scheduling, preparation and maintenance of reports  Concrete and Asphalt Mix Designs and Testing
