I'm currently working as a Customer Relationship Executive and Data Entry Operator at Bellvantage pvt company since 2016, im doing both job but my company offer my position as a Customer Relationship Executive, and my company outsourced me to private bank for provide the service, my job role is call to customers who applied credit cards for a relavant bank and verify their details and I have to call customer's company and verify their salary details( over the phone salary confirmation), if according to cleint requirements i have to do the data entry job role also, that is customer's details mentioned on the credit card applications need to enter the bank System and now im the 2nd senior of my team therefore im person acting leader in my team and i handled some daily reports ( excel) also.
