My core duties at Hilton Colombo and Ramada Colombo included greeting and registering customers in a 200+ room hotel, as well as memorizing faces, offering personalized service, and balancing between $5,000 and $10,000 in cash every day. I also took reservations over the phone, by email, through AirBnB, and in person, and worked diligently to avoid any instances of overbooking. And most important for the front desk agent,
