1. Handling Complaints and Trouble Shooting: • Receive complaints from users, related to networking, PC hardware and PC software. • Resolve system failure on priority basis. • Provide a first level support over the phone or through a visit to the user’s site. • Coordinate with the user to engage vendor in the events of trouble beyond control.
