I’m a Senior Inventory controller with a positive attitude to problem solving. In my current position as Inventory auditor at Asian Group of Company – Sri lanka, my recent challenge has been the Increase the inventory accuracy and space utilization. I introduced a new Cycle counting plan and designed items category by demand to be carried out across all departments. We able to managed inventory accuracy 48% to 80% and space utilization up to 75%.I know Inventory accuracy and space utilization are main key priorities of modern business
