I started my Career in 2014 as a Senior Sales Associate at Baby Shop – Landmark Group UAE. During my work at Babyshop Landmark Group, I’ve gained experience in Customer service, Visual Merchandising, POS systems, ERP systems, etc. Also, I got the opportunity to work at the biggest Shopping mall in the world, Dubai mall, from joining until resing. Due to that, I was able to serve customers from around the world and improve customer service skills, Respond positively to customer feedback/complaints, and understand customer expectations around the world.

Currently, I am working as a Retail Store Manager At Avirate Pvt Ltd, Timex Group, Sri Lanka. During my role at Avirate fashion, I increased revenue by 50% and Continuously achieved store targets from July to October. Also, I cut down our payroll expenses by 25% in three months by providing each employee with specific roles within each position. I was able to do a significant visual merchandising change and was able to improve 30% of footfall and almost 50% of Sales Conversion. Also able to improve Average transaction value and item per transaction values.
