➔ Observing SAP ERP process & physical process to reduce abnormalities ➔ Conducting Cycle Audits of system & physical process ➔ Generation of system reports identifying abnormalities ➔ Stock management via stock reports, aging reports & write off ➔ Conducting bi-annual stock counts ➔ Testing new system developments done by technical teams ➔ Training of team members on SAP system cycles ➔ Carrying out new projects on process improvements ➔ Conducting scheduled & Spot Audits on Brand Protection Related Activities ➔ Provide recommendations on Brand Protection inquiries

➔ Overlook user support services by resolving day-to-day SAP-related issues encountered by the users & catering customization requirements, analyzing & documenting the user requirements in facilitating programmers & vendor support consultants to understand user requirements for new enhancements and changes.
