Comparatively, the Waiter role provides a monthly salary of BD 180 (LKR 146,880). Please note that the exchange rate of 1BHD = 816LKR is used for this conversion. Eligibility Criteria for Barista

To qualify for the Barista position, you must possess proven experience in coffee preparation, latte art, and operating commercial espresso machines. Successful candidates demonstrate a deep knowledge of various coffee types, brewing methods, and ingredient handling. Furthermore, you must maintain excellent communication skills and show proficiency in handling cash transactions while ensuring order accuracy in a bustling environment.

Eligibility Criteria for Waiters
