Position Details

• Position: Chef de Partie (CDP)
• Location: 5-star Hotels in Ireland
• Salary: EURO 34,000 per year (equivalent to over LKR 12 million annually)
• Contract: Long-term employment with career growth potential

This role demands skill, creativity, and the ability to perform in a fast-paced professional kitchen environment. Candidates will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to prepare and present dishes that meet the highest international standards.

Eligibility Criteria for Chef de Partie

To secure this opportunity, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques
• Ability to work as part of a multicultural team
• Good communication skills in English
• A passion for culinary excellence and dedication to professional growth

Candidates with international exposure or prior experience in luxury hotels will have an added advantage.
