• Junior Sous Chef (Italian Cuisine): Lead and support the kitchen team, maintain high culinary standards, and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Commis I (Italian Cuisine): Assist in the preparation of authentic Italian dishes, ensuring consistency, taste, and presentation.
• Chef De Partie / Garde Manger: Oversee the cold kitchen section, ensuring the quality and freshness of ingredients while preparing salads, appetizers, and cold dishes.
• Commis I / Garde Manger: Support the Chef De Partie in food preparation and maintain hygiene and safety standards within the garde manger section.
