Salary Details:

• Hostess/Bartenders/Servers: OMR 200 (LKR 156,200)
• Assistant Servers: OMR 180 (LKR 140,580)

Additional Inclusions:

Eligibility Criteria for Front of House Staff

Candidates should possess 2–4 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment (excluding QSR experience). Strong guest-handling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.

For Bartenders, knowledge of non-alcoholic beverages and the flexibility to serve guests on the restaurant floor are mandatory.
For Servers and Assistant Servers, the ability to multitask efficiently between service and support duties is required.

Applicants must demonstrate professionalism, confidence, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
