A prestigious 4-star hotel in Qatar is currently hiring skilled professionals for the position of Commis II – Butchery. Position Details

The offered position is Commis II (Butchery) with a competitive salary of QAR 1700 (LKR 139,400). The role is full-time and based in Qatar, within a 4-star international hospitality environment. The selected candidate will work under the supervision of the Executive Chef and Butchery Supervisor and will play a key role in kitchen operations by maintaining consistency in meat quality and presentation.

Eligibility Criteria for Commis II (Butchery)

Candidates must possess previous experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment. They should demonstrate practical skills in meat handling, portioning, and kitchen safety procedures. Knowledge of international hygiene standards and the ability to work in a high-paced environment is essential. Applicants must also show good communication skills and be team-oriented.
