Position Details
The current recruitment drive focuses on two essential roles within the hospitality sector: Server and Assistant Server. Both positions require individuals who can handle a fast-paced dining environment with grace and efficiency. The Server position offers a monthly salary of OMR 200, which converts to approximately LKR 161,200. Meanwhile, the Assistant Server role provides a monthly salary of OMR 180, or roughly LKR 145,080. Furthermore, both roles demand a high degree of flexibility. Successful candidates must demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively between direct guest service and essential support functions to ensure a seamless dining experience for every patron.
Eligibility Criteria for Servers and Assistant Servers
