Position Details

The current recruitment phase focuses on four primary leadership tiers. The following list outlines the positions available along with their respective monthly salaries:

• Area Managers: KWD 375 (LKR 376,875)
• Restaurant Managers: KWD 300 (LKR 301,500)
• Assistant Restaurant Managers: KWD 240 (LKR 241,200)
• Restaurant Supervisors: KWD 150 (LKR 150,750)

Eligibility Criteria for Management Roles

Prospective candidates must possess a solid background in the fast-food or quick-service restaurant (QSR) sector. Specifically, the employer requires proven leadership experience in a similar capacity. Applicants should demonstrate excellent communication skills in English and a thorough understanding of operational workflows. Additionally, candidates must prepare for final interviews with foreign principals, which will take place during the last week of January.
