Job Description

A Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact between the customer and the service technician. In this role, you will greet clients, listen to their vehicle concerns, and translate those needs into detailed work orders for the mechanical team. Furthermore, you must provide accurate cost estimates and timelines while ensuring customer satisfaction remains a top priority throughout the repair process. Successful candidates will manage multiple priorities effectively and maintain professional communication standards within a fast-paced dealership environment.

Position Details

The current vacancy offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from QAR 3,000 to QAR 3,500. Based on current exchange rates, this translates to approximately LKR 255,000 to LKR 297,500. Eligibility Criteria for Service Advisor

Previous experience working directly within an authorized automobile dealership is highly preferred.
