Job Description

The Butler role serves as a cornerstone of high-end hospitality, requiring a blend of discretion, organization, and impeccable manners. You will act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their every need is met with precision and grace. Beyond basic service, the role involves managing guest preferences, overseeing dining arrangements, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation within the assigned area. Furthermore, you must demonstrate the ability to anticipate guest requirements before they are even voiced, creating a seamless and personalized experience.

Position Details

Our client offers a competitive financial package to the selected candidates. The monthly salary is set at AED 3,500, which translates to approximately LKR 294,000 based on current exchange rates. Moreover, this position represents a full-time commitment within a fast-paced, premium environment in the UAE. Eligibility Criteria for Butlers

To maintain the high standards required by our client, we have established specific eligibility requirements. Firstly, applicants must fall within the age bracket of 21 to 45 years. Secondly, candidates must possess a minimum of 1 to 2 years of professional experience in a similar field, such as luxury hotels, resorts, or private estates. Additionally, we look for candidates who communicate clearly and present themselves with the professional grooming expected in the luxury service industry.
