The primary focus of these roles involves preparing and cooking high-quality dishes within the “Hot Kitchen” section of a professional establishment. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in food safety standards, recipe execution, and team collaboration. Position Details

We are currently recruiting for three distinct tiers within the kitchen hierarchy. Each role offers a competitive salary package denominated in Saudi Riyals (SAR) with approximate conversions to Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) based on current market rates.

• Commis I (Hot Kitchen): SAR 2,000 (Approx. LKR 164,000)
• Commis II (Hot Kitchen): SAR 1,700 (Approx. LKR 139,400)
• Commis III (Hot Kitchen): SAR 1,400 (Approx. LKR 114,800)

Eligibility Criteria for Culinary Positions

Applicants must possess a solid foundation in professional cooking to qualify for these roles. Specifically, candidates require previous experience working in a reputable hotel or restaurant kitchen. While we prioritize technical skills, we also value a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to a multicultural environment. Additionally, candidates should hold relevant vocational certifications or diplomas in professional cookery to strengthen their applications.
