Position Details

Presently, we have immediate openings for three key roles:

• Warehouse Workers: Responsibilities include the efficient handling, stocking, and arrangement of various supermarket products, such as beverages (like Coca-Cola), cooking oil, sugar, and other daily necessities within the warehouse facility. Successful candidates manage inventory and ensure products are ready for distribution.
• Sales Assistants (Supermarket): This role involves direct interaction with customers in a supermarket setting, assisting with purchases, maintaining shelf displays, and providing excellent service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Sales Assistants (Ice Cream Shop): Employees in this position serve customers, prepare and dispense ice cream, manage cash transactions, and keep the service area clean and inviting.

Furthermore, the employer offers a comprehensive package to ensure the comfort and well-being of all selected candidates. The gross monthly salary stands at LEI 3,100, which is approximately LKR 213,900.

Moreover, the compensation structure includes substantial allowances:

• Food, Accommodation, and Transport: The employer provides an additional allowance ranging from LEI 400 to LEI 800 to cover daily living expenses, accommodation costs, and local transportation.
