Eligibility Criteria for HVAC and Electrical Technicians

To qualify for these roles, candidates must fulfil the following requirements:

• A minimum of 2–3 years of relevant work experience in HVAC or electrical maintenance
• Basic proficiency in English for effective communication on the job
• Sound knowledge of safety standards, tools, and techniques related to the trade
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks

Candidates with experience in the Gulf region or within structured facility management companies will be given preference.
