The employer provides a competitive salary package of KWD 150, along with 30 in fixed incentives, bringing the total to approximately LKR 176,400. Eligibility Criteria for Warehouse / Storage Supervisor

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• A degree in business, management, logistics, or any related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a warehouse supervisor or in a similar managerial role within the food industry is essential.
• Candidates must also possess 1–2 years of experience in an accounting background, demonstrating the ability to manage stock control, invoicing, and reporting tasks.
• A strong working knowledge of warehouse operations, stock systems, and supply chain management is required.
• Excellent time management, delegation, and organisational abilities are a must.
• The role demands proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
• Candidates should possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with strong problem-solving abilities to handle operational challenges efficiently.
