ITC ONE COLOMBO ONE -MIXED USE DEVELOPEMENT PROJECT-SRI LANKA ITC Colombo One Hotel and residences is a new luxury development in the heart of the capital city. The Project consists of a 50-floor resident tower and 30 floors hotel tower. Currently, I am leading the QA/QC team of the project Coordinating with clients and consultants. ▪ QA/QC documentation. ▪ Installation and Material Inspections. ▪ Coordinating with government authorities. ▪ Submissions of MST, checklist, tracking list, and test reports. ▪ Awareness of standards for MEP Systems. ▪ Attending the progress review meetings. ▪ Subcontractor Payment certificate approvals. ▪ Preparing mock-up installations for consultant approval. TRI-ZEN RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT Tri-zen is a major luxury apartment project in Colombo. Consist with 900 apartment units at three towers. Lead the QA/QC team to maintained quality standards of the project. ▪ Supervises, coordinates and sequences contractor’s work to minimize interference between various contractors on the project. ▪ Ensures project rules and procedures are maintained and checks progress and quality of work being performed. ▪ Assists with inspection process.
ONE GALLFACE SHANGRILA RESIDENT PROJECT-SRI LANKA The Residences at One Galle Face is a high-rise luxury apartment complex with 51 floors and 390 sophisticated residences spanning across two towers with a wealth of recreational facilities covering over 40,000sqft. The main contractor's QA/QC role was successfully done for the project. ▪ Day to day monitoring works. ▪ Preparing method statements. ▪ Technical and price comparison. ▪ Coordinating sample, installation, material, testing, and handing over inspections with consultants. ▪ Shop drawing, material submission review ▪ Testing and commissioning of MEP systems. ▪ Preparing snagging lists.
