Sinohydro Corporation Limited is a leading construction company having many infrastructure projects all over the country and currently, I am working with them for construction of Kandy North Pathadumbara Integrated Water Supply project in Kandy. • Preparation of Interim Progress Payment Application in timely manner in accordance with the Contract • Taking off quantities and verifying Works done/ supplied by the Subcontractors/ Suppliers and accordingly certifying their progress payment • Preparation of Variation Orders and Claims with full detail particulars and supporting documents • Updating weekly financial, and monthly progress reports

After 4 months of joining promoted as Quantity Surveyor and was involved in the Construction of Kandy Water Supply Project. • Prepared Interim Payment Application with all measurement sheets and supporting documents • Checked Invoices submitted by Subcontractors/ Suppliers and finalized payments according to the Contracts/ LPOs • Prepared weekly and monthly progress reports

I have been mainly involved in post-contract activities for the Construction of North Integrated Water Supply Project in Kandy. • Verified Works done at the site and Interim Payment Certificates were prepared • Took off quantities, prepared BOQ and Tender Documents • Engineer’s estimate has been carried out for Flocculation and Sedimentation basin • Rates has been analyzed using BSR for activities such as pipe laying, construction of pump houses, storage tank, etc.

Two government projects I have been involved in are the Construction of Matale Main Bus Stand Project and Birnard Sports Complex with an Indoor Stadium in Kandy. • Measured quantities from Architectural, Structural, and MEP drawings and prepared BOQs • Took off quantities and verified Contractor’s Variation Orders submitted • Verified and prepared Interim Payment Certificates against Contractor’s Interim Payment Applications submitted
