I received my apprentice cook training at Heritance Hotel in Sri Lanka and immediately
began work in the kitchens at our Hotel. After working Qatar 2002 to 2005 years. I have
been part of the hospitality and food service Industry. I joined as a junior chef and now have
worked my way up to the position of chef de partie.
My current responsibilities include,
 Assist the Head Chef in preparing the menu, recipes, and dishes.
 Presenting the dishes in an appealing manner.
 Making sure that the inventory is fresh.
 Cooking and presenting high-quality dishes within the specialty section.
 Ensuring availability of supplies at the cooking stations.
 Ensure that health and safety measures are observed at all times.
I am a highly organized professional who is capable of taking that extra step to ensure the
satisfaction of customers. I have received huge applause for my specialty dessert that I
