Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to you to express my interest in working at your institute, and I enclose my resume for kind your perusal.
I have over fourteen-years-experience working in the Information technology sector locally and internationally. In this role, I got a taste of being an entrepreneur while applying my skills in technology. Some of the tasks that I gained experience were,
1. The full life cycle of software development in a number of industries
2. Web-based application development using PHP, HTML, JavaScript, XML and MySQL
3. Coordinating and mentoring with the team members
4. Participating in project documentation and client meetings
5. Prospecting
I have been a freelance property manager in the tourism sector in Sri Lanka since 2014. Within the period, I managed to build some unique treehouses and cabanas using recycled old wood, clay and stones (natural materials) specially for accommodation near the beach. In addition, I helped to manage online profiles such as Booking.com, Airbnb and respond to guests in more than thirty
small-scale hotels,villas and B&Bs.

Further, I have been working with the Scandinavian Wood care expert – GORI, Primco Holdings International Pvt Ltd as a Head of Sales – Southern Sri Lanka since 2022. At there, my main tasks are,
1. Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base.
2. Find new clients (Hotels and Construction companies) by presenting the product and successfully match customer requirement.
3. Collect and document competitive intelligence.
I have also volunteered at the “Working School Denmark “organization as the Southern Sri Lankan partner in the year 2018 and helped the rural schools to obtain computer laboratories to enhance students’ computer literacy for the past few years. I like to work with the community and have served the community since my childhood.
I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss with you how my experience would be of benefit any organization. I believe my past knowledge and unique understanding of Information technology, Sales, Marketing and Hospitality sectors will significantly benefit achieving organizational goals.
