Selected candidates will perform specialized technical duties to support construction and manufacturing projects in Serbia. These roles demand precision, technical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards. Position Details

Our agency is actively recruiting for three distinct technical roles:

• Window and Door Installer: Focuses on the accurate fitting, alignment, and installation of various window and door systems.
• Fabricator: Involves interpreting technical drawings to cut, shape, and assemble metal components for construction use.
• Electrician: Handles the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems within commercial or residential structures.

Each position offers a monthly salary of EUR 700, which currently approximates to LKR 268,800.

Eligibility Criteria for Technical Tradespeople

Applicants must possess relevant trade certifications or verifiable work experience in their respective fields. Proficiency in interpreting technical schematics and a strong understanding of industrial safety protocols are mandatory. Furthermore, candidates must demonstrate a reliable work ethic and the ability to operate effectively within a multinational team environment. Previous experience working on large-scale construction sites will be considered a significant advantage during the screening process.
