• Team Leaders: AED 6,013 (Approximately LKR 535,157)
• HVAC Technicians: AED 2,579 – 3,542 (Approximately LKR 229,531 – 315,238)
• AC Technicians: AED 2,579 – 3,542 (Approximately LKR 229,531 – 315,238)
• Electricians: AED 2,579 – 3,542 (Approximately LKR 229,531 – 315,238)

Furthermore, the employer calculates these earnings using an approximate exchange rate of 1 AED = LKR 89.

Eligibility Criteria for Technical Positions

To qualify for these roles, applicants must satisfy the following requirements:

• Candidates must possess a minimum of 4 to 7 years of professional experience in a similar capacity.
• Applicants with prior GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) experience hold a significant advantage during the selection process.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong technical troubleshooting capabilities, practical skills, and a solid understanding of industry safety standards.
