He also co-developed a major strategy to shift the company to a new era business model in 2019l leading to dramatic sales, profitability, and cash flow increases, not to mention a market cap expansion from $S 1B to $S 3B over a 2-year period.
Don’s earlier professional progression includes C-level sales and marketing and director-level business operations management roles within a wide array of industries including FMCG, b2b, b2c, b2g, finance, industrial market sector, distribution and supply chain management, national account management among others. Journal’s employee of the Year in [02/04/2015] though his leadership prowess is certainly strong, Don is truly passionate about sales & marketing and innovation. As a self-proscribed lifelong learner, he relishes the opportunity to step into a new role and tackle core business challenges.
