I am a graduate of the Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management Sri Lanka (SLITHM), and holding the four year Diploma in Hospitality Management with specialization in Food & Beverage Operations.
Starting off in the year 2013 as a Management Trainee of Indian Hotels Company Limited (Which, the Taj Hotels, Resorts and Palaces belong to), I was posted as an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Taj Samudra, Colombo, Sri lanka. Afterwards completing 18 months there, I moved to Jetwing Hotels for the post of assistant food & beverage manager at Jetwing Jaffna. I was responsible for an All Day Dining Restaurant of 110 covers, Resident bar and Rooftop bar,
