Key Responsibilities  Collaborating with the Engineer to conduct site inspections to ensure the Project fulfill the task.  Steering the implementation of field works in line with procedures.  Carrying out the work of Sand Cement Bentonite (SCB) Wall which raised the existing core puddle.  Providing methods to construct sand filter according to working drawings and get approval for that methods  To ensure the site safety arrange weekly site meeting and discussing risks and mitigate the site hazards.  Providing materials from upstream of the dam which are embankment and sand to construct the dam without environmental damages and according to the project specifications.

Key Responsibilities  Supervising to do all types of structures Underpass, Overpass, Box-Culverts, drains and etc…  Collaborating with the Engineer to conduct site inspections to ensure the Project timely finished.  Supervising to staff and others to ensure site safety and work in environmental friendly.  Supervising sub-contractors to achieve final products in project schedules, to control the quality of work.  Maintaining the site office to ensure the safety of site materials such as formworks, GI, and other materials.  Providing new methods to construct structures by understanding the drawings and construction sequences to fulfill the tasks on time.

Key Responsibilities  Providing reliable supervision to construction of more than 30 km i roads in monaragala out of 70.2km.  Collaborating with the Engineer and Client to conduct site inspections to ensure the Project timely finished.  Monitoring and supervising all activities to ensure compliance with relevant method statements, Project Specifications and approved design drawings.  Communicating with sub-contractors to achieve project schedules, to control the quality of work and to ensure the timely delivery of materials  Maintaining the site office to ensure the performance of site and completion of works by collecting the daily records.
