I have National Diploma in Quantity Surveyor and I have in excess of 2 and half years of training in this field and I’m confident that I have the ability to fill this position.
Here is a brief summary of my skills that make me a good choice for this job:
• I have the ability to meet the demanding role of construction estimator / quantity surveyor and meet tight deadlines with perfection.

• My experience includes calculating figures along with estimating the cost and progress of construction by using Plan swift, Revit MEP, BIM 360, Auto CAD, Primavera p6.

• I’m highly motivated, can easily work in a fast paced environment and have an excellent problem solving attitude that helps to get the job done on time and accurately.

• My skills include being proficient in using MS office tools.

• I also have training in Preparing and rate BOQ and bar bending schedule, cost control report, monthly and Daly progress report material at site report and Sub-contractors, supplier’s bill, of Contractors Interim Payment Applications, comparison sheets for quotations from Suppliers and Subcontractors, maintaining documentation and analyzing blueprints and designs.

• I also have training in Measuring and evaluate site work such as concrete work, MEP work, form work, reinforcement work, brick work, paint work, excavation, water and sewer, and drawings for valuations, variations, and final accounts
