I have been a dynamic HR professional, who has been working with one of the most leading company, John Keells Holding PLC in Sri Lanka since 2018, while serving in the several capacities such as, Human Resource Assistant and Senior Process Associate in HR & Payroll Division. I have been exposed to analytical, strategic and management operational knowledge, while gaining the complete experience on SAP application. Further, I had a privilege to handle all the statutory requirements of entire John Keels Holding PLC employees` during my tenure of service with this company.
I currently possess Chartered Qualification in Human Resource Management along with successful completion of Certificate Course in HRM and Foundation Course in HRM with the reputed institute CIPM Sri Lanka. During the above period, I become expertise in human capital management, organizational development, and training and development skills. Apart from this, I engaged in a research on “Grievance Handling” while I was with this institute.
I have a sound knowledge in English Language and expertise in both oral and written communication skills. Moreover, I am well advanced in handling Spreadsheet (MS Excel), MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook, in any given situation.
