I recently saw a promotion posted on www.OLX.ro for a job in the hotel industry in Romania. With my previous work experience and enhanced relevant skills and attributes, I believe I am a suitable candidate for the job and I am sure I can be a valuable addition to your team.
Having worked for 4 years as a cake decorator in Sensal and Perera and sons, two leading hotel chains in Sri Lanka, I have valuable experience in performing any duties involved in the role under direction. I can make and decorate plain cakes and gateau cakes. I can make many types of slices cakes and decorations. Also Caramel Pudding, Watalappan Pudding, Biscuit Pudding, Chocolate Mousse, Apple Tart, Cheese Tart, Apple Cake, Cheese Cake, etc.
I can make a lot of desserts. Also butter cake,chocolate cake,ribbon cake,vanilla,chocolate sponge
cake.)Knowledge of making pastries and baked goods but I have no certificate, but have done a
pastry and bakery NVQ level 4 course Couldn’t complete it due to covid. Didn’t get the certificate
because I couldn’t complete the course..but have 4 years of experience.
