As my academic industrial internship, I have trained in Transport & Logistics Center in SriLanka Telecom,Peliyagoda.In HNDE final semester I began my undergraduate in University of Bolton.While doing my bachelor I joined with Ostrich Holding (Pvt) Ltd as a Team Leader by stating my career life.After taking more experiences via this career I have promoted as an Assistant Mechanical Engineer.After that I was joined to Bitulink Emulsion Pvt Group of Companies as the Senior Executive Maintenance & Transport (Head of Transport & Maintenance Department).Currently I am working as the Transport & Maintenance Engineer cum Safety in Romata Properties & Construction Pvt Ltd.(Romata Properties is the subsidiary company of Bitulink group of companies).So now I’m working with them.So,I am interested in Machine maintaining, Automobile engineering, Mechanical Designing and Electrical & Electronic installations. Work & Experience
Assist in preventative & corrective maintenance and check in services of fleet vehicles & machineries. Assist the management with effective daily/weekly/monthly business reporting to monitor fleet performance, and other projects as directed. Guide the technical team while hydraulic, mechanical & electrical repairing on theoretical background. Perform regular maintenance with problem analysis and troubleshooting by using modern automotive inspection equipment.
Determines practicality of design, material selection, available tooling, and fabrication process, applying knowledge of drafting and manufacturing methods (to design mechanical arrangement for upgrade existing in SLT-Mobitel 4G Upgrade Stage-8 Project) Maintained & repair company machineries & Autos Designing the mechanical arrangement when upgrade signal stages with using CAD soft wares. Supervise & guide the repair and installation team as a team leader.(DC,AC,Wireless & Telecommunication equipment installation) Oversee and report to client about the all Environmental, Health & Safety activities.
Manage the development, performance and maintenance of the organization’s machineries, fleet & transport process. Total Fleet consists 100 Nos of Autos and machineries (Construction heavy machinery, Light autos, Heavy good carrying autos, machinery and equipment) Ensuring that the around 80 Nos of staff (Drivers, Helpers, Technical & Office staff etc.) understands its duties and its role within the organization & get the work effectively done out of them. Supervise the work of the workshops, maintenance process & vehicle service area which is inside the organization & completed targets with them in a timely manner with cost effectively. Follow-up the process of accident recoveries of company’s' fleet with coordinate insurance companies.
Ensure continuous cover of the construction heavy machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns. Carry out routine maintenance (preventive & Corrective) work and respond to equipment faults.
