Presently I am attached to Agnus villa Luxury boutique hotel in Galle,Sri Lanka as a General manager with more than 30 staff members and looking after the overall hotel operation having experience of food and beverage, front office, room division, and reservations with handling all the channel bookings and others’ am specialized for food and beverage giving necessary food & beverage service and theoretical training to f&b staff. And also menu plans, menu costing special promotion plans such as wine and beverage promotion.
