Position Details

The employer actively seeks qualified candidates for two distinct roles within the packaging facility:

• Assistant Trainee (Printing & Packaging): This role offers a salary of BD 110 per month (approximately LKR 98,010). Candidates will assist in daily operational and machinery tasks within the factory environment.
• Jr. Production Planner: This position offers a competitive salary range between BD 300 and BD 400 per month (approximately LKR 267,300 to LKR 356,400). The successful candidate will coordinate and optimize production workflows effectively.

Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Trainee (Printing & Packaging)

To qualify for the Assistant Trainee position, candidates must meet specific foundational requirements:

• Applicants must possess a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Candidates should demonstrate practical or sound theoretical knowledge of industrial machinery.
• Applicants must display a strong willingness to learn within a fast-paced printing and packaging environment.

Eligibility Criteria for Jr. Production Planner

To qualify for the Junior Production Planner role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Candidates must hold a recognized Degree or Master’s qualification in a relevant field.
• Candidates with direct experience in Flexible or Corrugated Packaging will receive strong preference.
• Applicants must possess analytical problem-solving skills and strong organizational capabilities.
