This role focuses on maintaining high standards of service within a fast-paced, upscale environment. As a runner, you act as a critical link between the kitchen and the dining area, ensuring that every guest receives their order promptly and accurately. Position Details

The selected candidates will receive a monthly salary of 125 KWD, which is approximately 134,625 LKR. This position requires individuals who can handle the demands of a high-end dining establishment. Furthermore, you must demonstrate the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a welcoming demeanor. The restaurant values professional consistency, requiring staff to remain flexible with shifts to meet the needs of the business.

Eligibility Criteria for Runners

To qualify for this opportunity, you must meet several specific standards. First, you need strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with both the international team and guests. Second, you must present a well-groomed, professional, and guest-focused appearance at all times. Third, you should exhibit a collaborative spirit, as teamwork remains essential in this environment. Additionally, you must possess basic Food and Beverage service knowledge and maintain awareness of the menu. Finally, applicants must fall within the age range of 21 to 28. While previous hospitality experience is not mandatory, it serves as a significant advantage during the selection process.
