Position Details

The employer provides highly competitive salaries to attract top-tier talent from Sri Lanka. Specifically, the available job roles and their corresponding monthly salary packages include:

• Designer (2D & 3D): QAR 3500 (Approximately LKR 323,672)
• Foreman – Carpentry: QAR 2000 – 2200 (Approximately LKR 184,884 – 203,549)
• Electrician: QAR 1600 – 1800 (Approximately LKR 147,995 – 166,494)
• Painter: QAR 1600 – 1800 (Approximately LKR 147,995 – 166,494)
• Welder: QAR 1600 – 1800 (Approximately LKR 147,995 – 166,494)
• Plumber: QAR 1600 – 1800 (Approximately LKR 147,995 – 166,494)

Furthermore, the foreign principal will conduct exclusive face-to-face interviews on the 23rd of July. The recruitment center will also remain open on Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM to assist candidates with preliminary registrations.

Eligibility Criteria for Construction Professionals

To qualify for these roles, applicants must meet specific requirements set by the overseas client. First, candidates must fall within the maximum age limit of 40 years. Second, technical roles such as Designers require proficiency in modern 2D and 3D modeling software. Finally, skilled tradespeople—including electricians, welders, plumbers, painters, and carpentry foremen—must possess prior practical experience in the construction sector and a clear understanding of site safety protocols.
