We are looking for dedicated individuals to serve as Care Associates and Healthcare Associates. Position Details

The current recruitment cycle offers two distinct pathways based on the work environment and compensation structure. Firstly, the Care Associate position focuses on Homecare and Daycare settings. This role offers a monthly salary of SGD 1,630 (approximately LKR 414,020). This package includes a specific SGD 530 monthly accommodation allowance, which gives candidates the flexibility to manage their own housing needs.

In addition to this, we offer the Healthcare Associate position within professional Nursing Homes. This role provides a monthly salary of SGD 1,320 (approximately LKR 335,280). While the base salary is lower than the Care Associate role, the employer provides direct accommodation, meaning candidates do not need to worry about housing costs or searching for a place to live. Furthermore, both positions operate under a 24-month (two-year) contract, providing a stable and long-term career foundation in Singapore.

Eligibility Criteria for Healthcare and Care Associates

Candidates must meet specific professional requirements to qualify for these overseas opportunities. Most importantly, applicants must possess a recognized Certificate in Healthcare or a successfully completed related course. This educational background ensures that every recruit understands the fundamental principles of patient safety, hygiene, and elderly care.
